Now here's an interesting and unique spin that Ive never encountered at any resteraunts. First lets start with reservations, I called a few days in advance to make a reservation for 50 people. NEWS FLASH ! This place doesn't take reservations for large parties. Its on a first come first serve basis. So we first had to wait till all 50 invitees are present before seating. Called to make reservations for a Christmas party of 20 and the lady on the phone was so rude that I will never go to this place again!!! In the past they have been a great restaurant to do business with but they won't see another penny of my money!!!!! She actually told me that if we I bring a party of 20 people on a Thursday at 5:30 that we would all have to set at different tables that they would not put tables together for that many people!! HahaHa! What a shitty way to run a business.

Do not eat here very rude and manager has very bad customer service they mest up on my order twice when asking for a refund they told me it was my fault like how??? Cheese and food was very cold due to the fact they did not want to remake it !!

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Went with friends and ordered a taco salad. It came with queso. They put so much it drowned my salad and was runny. I asked them to take it away, only eating a few bites which was about a 1/4 of the salad. When I got my bill, I was fully charged for the salad. When I TRIED to talk to the manager, he didn't let me explain things and was VERY RUDE to tell me the general manager said I ate most of the salad and would not remove it off my bill. So my son and I came here for dinner on a Friday night. I think that might've been the first mistake. Every large extended family member in Fort Worth was there at grandmas or grandpa's birthday celebration. Screaming, so loud that it pierced my brain. What is it nowadays where people think it's OK to be so rude and inconsiderate of other people who are dining in the same restaurant that they are? So this is one of my favorite place to come eat and wish I could eat here more often but I'm not from town well my complain is that why is cleaning a table and putting all the dirty plates back in the table call a clean table but my server was excellent

Ruddest staff, hostess and manager. Our party of 8 walked out. Honestly they all need to be replaced with people who value their customers. It was no surprise once we encountered how rude the manager was that the other employees had the freedom to be that way as well. I'm talking from the moment they "greet" you. Don't waste your money here. Go where they a actually value a customer. Only gave one star because I had to.

Food tastes great. Service was awful. Didn't get water or plates for at least 20 minutes. Then when we ordered single beef fajitas. Nachos were delivered to our table. So we told the waiter we ordered fajitas. He brought a ton of fajitas and charged us for a double. When we said we didn't order a double, he flipped and was very rude. Not our fault. Never coming back.
