Incredibly rude. We had a party of 7 and the hostess was rude from the start. Their was no welcome and friendly vibe at all, quite the opposite. Once the manager was rude we decided to leave. I have never felt so I unwelcome at a restaurant in my 20 years living in Fort Worth. I will never be back and will never recommend this place to visitors or friends.. this is an establishment ruined by its rude employees and management.

McDonald's Level Service Waited for what felt like an eternity for our food. By the time the food arrived we had filled up on chips and salsa. The portions seemed a lot bigger than usual but we did not think much of it, since we had filled up on chips we decided to pack most of it into two separate to-go boxes. Bad service. Hot sauce had a grease Layer on the top of it. We had better service and food here along time ago but it has went down hill. The bathroom was disgusting.

I LOVE Mercado. I crave Mercado. This was my first time at the Fort Worth location and it will be my last. One person at our table spoke Spanish and heard our server complain about "another table of whites." Service was slow, we were ignored for a long time. I will eat at Mercado but never this location again.

horrible.. horrible.. horrible.. I would give 0 stars if I could! Don't waste your time and money here. MANAGER was horrible and rude as can be! My mom had gotten a spinach quesadilla and it was raw it was literally like they just threw it in there.. when my mom told the waitress if she could get something else the waitress said that the MANAGER said she still had to pay for the quesadilla even though she didn't touch it! I love this place and have for years. Recently went and had the fish tacos and so not recommend them at all. They were extremely greasy and fish was horrible just horrible didn't finish my meal. The service is always excellent and normally food great but not this time. No fish !!!

I am truly disappointed that I can't give this place 0 stars. For starters, my chicken enchiladas were very dry and the rice was very bland. I had two mango swirls ( which were very good). However our waitress was so slow and Hardly came to our table, she was too busy with her other 2 tables, i guess we weren't important enough. Everything was fine until the checks came. Very poor customer service. I was given a really hard time and then told to no longer dine with them. So I sent an email for a follow up and after 10 days ZERO response
