I don't recommend the restaurant at all. They don't organize and I waited more than 40 minutes to order a drink , I ordered fajitas, they had no flavor and even my stomach hurt.

Hi, if I could give the service at this restaurant -1 star I would. The young Hispanic girl that answered my call in order was Rude and extremely unprofessional. I complained to the manager and you wouldn't believe how sloppy my order was when I received it. This is the worst food order that I have ever received.

Just not a fan of the new Mercado. They didn't mess with the salsa, so that's a positive, but the menu has been carved down while prices have gone up. Simple favorites have been reworked, and not for the better. Today's lunch was the fajita salad I've been ordering for decades. It shows up in a plain white bowl, not the tortilla it's always come in. Are we trying to become Mi Cocina? Please don't. Apparently this place is under new management. None of our favorite foods that we used to order were on the menu anymore. The service was nothing compared to the servers from before. When we asked about the famous Tejas dip they just said it's not on the menu anymore. It would have been nice if they would have updated all this information on their site. We drive from Bonham Tx to eat our favorites and we're very disappointed to what we came to. It was a long 2 hour drive but an even longer 2 hour drive back home discussing ... read more

Steak was absolutely terrible!! Thin piece of flank steak, dry (probably cooked 8 hours previously), chewy... not edible!!! Wait staff was mediocre!!

Unfortunately the food was terrible, the service was slow, and the atmosphere was sad. Would not recommend.

Mercado Juarez is a spot I've been coming to for many moons. This was one of the worst experiences I've had here. To note, I haven't been here in about 40 years, but I can say for certain it will be the last time I go here. The restaurant smells musty. The place doesn't seem clean - I know it's old, but it just doesn't seem clean.
