Host at the front are rude and very disrespectful!!! Ask to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager!!! Didn't even get to sit down, took my money somewhere else as it was my dad's 73rd birthday.... Hope the owner sees the reviews, I remember going to this place years ago and was always welcomed!!! Too bad the employees are on a high-horse, hopefully the owner brings them down!!!
Salsa was not the original salsa it was horrible ..Chips were soaked in oil and tasted burnt..bell peppers and onions wasnt even cooked...Bar really sucked but nice Mexican bartender...I've been going to the dallas and Arlington for many years and closed them but they leave this nasty ass place open..close the doors lock this place up..Very disappointed...Never again..Jack in the box is better
By far the worse server I have ever encountered. She was short and curt when were ordering and I think she was deaf because she either acted or pretended not to hear us. She then had the audacity to go check how much of a tip we left for her. None. Nada. Zilch. Because that's the kind of service you gave. I always tip my servers but this one did not deserve one. Here's a tip, learn to be nicer. Food was blah. Never again!
This is the first time to ever leave a bad review, but I've also never seen such bad customer service in my life. I started calling about 10 days before event. Couldn't get anyone to answer. Drove there and mngr stayed their phone lines had been cut. I explained we had a large birthday party and the date. Worst service ever! The guy at the front , hostess I'm guessing goes off off on my husband for looking at a girl ... tells him to watch himself . We turned around and left ! Not worth my time or money
This place is always busy so we decided to try it out. We were a large group. They were very attentive and kept adding tables as group kept getting bigger. The server always had our drinks full. He bought out everyone's food at the same time. The food was horrible, I don't know since it was large group that we got the scrapes. We were here on a Saturday. There was plenty of seating available, but it took them at least 25 minutes to seat us. The place was understaffed, and the hostess was rude. The cheese enchiladas were not very good. The tortillas used for them were tough and almost overcooked. Overall, this place was a letdown.
This place is just not what it used to be. Service wasn't the worst I've ever had but it definitely wasn't great! We have taken Grandma there for several years we even had our wedding lunch here and I'm not sure if it has new owners or cooks, but the food just isn't authentic like I'm used to from here. Thankful for the great memories but sadly I won't be visiting again.
Waited 20 min at a table, ever saw any staff to help us. Walked out nobody said a thing. Go to Joe T's. They're worth it.
