We made reservations but was never pages or called to say the table is ready. And one rep told us they could sit us but we would have to leave in about 45 mins so they could sit another reservation.

The atmosphere is great. Food at best is average. The crab cakes are poor and taste like they were frozen and then microwaved. The salmon preparation appeared unappetizing and the food was bland and subpar quality. When commented on the food the waitress simply shrugged. I will not return.

This was a hot mess!!! Arriving for lunch to a place that was over 2/3 empty...asking the hostess if our table of 4 could sit at this round table of 5 and her answer was NO THATS FOR LARGER GROUPS! She proceeded to tell me how busy the lunch rush is. Well the place never got busy the table stayed empty and therefore we were uncomfortable for no reason. Training people training! Also the food was average at best. The dry French dip was returned and in took over 22 minutes to get the replacement burger.

Well.... Been wanting to try Walloons and now that we have we can honestly say we won't be back. The parking is a hassle. The two old fashion drinks were good by bartender Paul. We first ordered the beignets which were good and the best thing we had tried. Secondly... two cups of a watery clam chowder were served. Had to ask for salt, pepper and some bread . just know I hey really mean it when they say $29 PER PERSON cancellation fee. sick? flight change? doesn't matter.

The service was amazing. It was all downhill from there. The deviled eggs and shrimp appetizers were both very overcooked. I had heard they were overpriced; however, I'm not sure I would eat there again even if it was free. Extremely underwhelming!!!

Walloon's charges 50 cents for BUTTER...AND they charged $1.00 for ONE piece of stale sourdough. I called the manager over and told him the food was fabulous but those two charges on my receipt were embarrassing for the restaurant. Charging 50 cents at a wanna be high end restaurant??!! Too much competition in Fort Worth. My gawd, Denny's doesn't even charge you for butter!!!

This was our third time returning after 4 months since our first visit. The first dining experience was good. The next two were terrible. Come on!! You charge us for cocktail sauce for my calamari?? So us Ft worth downtown condo owners said no thanks!! Well this past Sunday evening post Dallas Cowboy's game my partner suggested us try y'all again. Service: 1 star (slow & unwelcoming) Food: 2.5 stars (average at best & overpriced) Decor: 5 stars (charming. nostalgic. love it!) We made a reservation for 9 at 6pm on a Tuesday. The restaurant was busy but not full. We had difficulty getting a chair for the 9th person as they kept insisting 5 people could sit along the bench seating in front of four small tables.
