We were excited to try this new restaurant but the waitstaff left us disappointed. Food was ok. We started with the crab dip (a bit over cooked and a little heavy on the bell peppers) and the red fish beignets. The beignets were outstanding and the dill sauce that accompanied it was perfection. Not Impressed! I made reservations at Walloon's for my hubbies 73rd birthday. We arrived at 5:30 and the restaurant was already full. We were seated next to the door. ATMOSPHERE: Nicely appointed décor. Large horseshoe shaped bar with tables and booths on either side. Counter seats at the raw bar. The noise level is very high.
