The food was over salted. The service was just OK to top off all of that. They wanted to add an additional service fee

The last 3 times we've ordered food to be delivered an entree is missing. 3 times in a row. They have no quality control. Getting your money back from the food delivery app does nothing to feed the hungry family member that now has no food.

Business response:

Abbey, We are disheartened to read about your experience and hope that you will accept our sincerest apologies. If you would like to send me your contact information the General Manager would like to apologize to you personally and welcome you back. If inclined, please email me at adubois@ceghospitality.com. We appreciate the opportunity.

We ordered a salmon Caesar salad to go for dinner this evening and we were treated to a salad missing its dressing with a piece of salmon the size of half the palm of my hand. Disappointed after making this our choice for dinner tonight.

Business response:

While it does appear, we missed the mark during your recent visit It is our goal to provide guests with a memorable dining experience. We take your comments with sincere concern and will address them with the team.

Long time customers... but we are unhappy with the 3% service charge. This is a disguised form of extortion against customers. If the company wants to meet the salary requirements for its employees, it should pay a higher wage for back staff / kitchen staff and add the difference to the menu items so that consumers can understand the actual price of their food choice. It appears they want to catch consumers but not let them know the final amount of their choices. In the end, in addition to the 3% tip (small sign on your corn... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Zili. We appreciate your loyalty as long-time customers and value your perspective on our service charge. We will take your comments into consideration as we continue to strive for transparency and excellence in our operations.

So this normally is our family nicer dinner spot. Foods is good for adults and children. Service is good and I am a stickler for that. We drop in Saturday night table for 2 (my daughter and I) at 5:00. 15 minutes wait and we are in. Great. Server is very nice and we put in our full order. My daughter get her favorite item, (the real reason we are here) the turkey club. My favorite too. But I get sliders and artichoke dip. Food comes out and my daughter bites down and pulls out a piece of toothpick that was only 1/2" long? N... read more

My husband and I ate the ribeye steak here last night and it was far less than expected. The "12 ounce" steak was more like 8 ounces, cooked well done when we asked for medium, served with bland mashed potatoes and a tiny amount of veggies for $40 per plate! We've had better from Sizzler. The service was friendly and fast, but the food was extremely disappointing and expensive.

Had a reservation here for 1930 it was nice, got seated 5 mins within checking in. when i went to my table and served my water, a fly drops straight out. dead fly thankfully my luck.. ha. tell the waiter about it he's hella nonchalant about it, doesn't really seem alarmed but sure, he replaces our water nice. the pretzel with cheese, wow, nasty. cheese sauce was incredibly and i mean incredibly watered down and grainy. no flavor whatsoever either.. jalapeño jam was highlight of dish. tuscan romano chicken was fine, nothing t... read more

This place used to be a go-to. Sat at the bar on a Saturday night. Place was busy. Took about 7-8 minutes before one of the bartenders decided to stop as they passed me again and again. No biggie, I knew what I wanted and ordered med-rare steak and a blonde. Food came out in record time and I was extremely hungry. $40 steak was cafeteria quality. Almost well done and a terrible but. The veggies consisted of 7 wilted carrots and 6 soggy snap peas. There were enough potatoes to feed 3 people. Went home and made an omelet. Nev... read more

My wife and I stopped in to the Lion for lunch last week. We ordered a chicken sandwich and split it. They charged us an extra $2 to cut in half. The service was slow, the silverware was not clean and it cost $9.50 for a beer. The sandwich was mediocre at best. We used a credit card for payment and they charged a 3% service fee. This was our first time there and I Guarantee it will be our last!!
