It was easy to get a reservation on a Wednesday night, and wasn't very busy. It was still loud and they decided to turn the music up even louder which made zero sense, I didn't appreciate having the song "Honey, I'm good" consuming my hearing. It was really frustrating. If I could select zero stars I would. We left before we even ordered. Table for 4 with reservations. Our waiter came and brought water and 3 glasses, said he would bring the 4th right back. We saw he wondering around not really helping anyone. We finally after 20 minutes got his attention and ordered drinks. The service is friendly and food is good; however there was something that I was not pleased with at all when paying the bill, the "Service Charge". You claim in the receipt that is optional and can be removed if the customer requests it. If is "optional" then why would you add it to the receipt instead of asking the customer first? Every time I try to call and make a reservation I get hung up on. Now this is just not once or twice, it's happened on many occasions. When we just show up there is usually something available, but the hostess and/or whoever answers the phone suck at being in customer service! The chefs are great.

Greyhound - Truly FRESH grapefruit juice and vodka...WOOOOOW!!!! Absolutely amazing! I'd have three of those and forget dinner! Old Fashioned - wasn't served with a cherry or orange! Don't mean to be petty but it's not what was on the menu lol and it was only 3/4 pour of what it should be. I later asked for a cherry and was told they were out. We love coming here and it's one of our favorites! A little bummed that they took off the flatbreads. Still find the extra service charge weird. I would rather have the menu price just reflect the charge instead of the passive charge for "paying employees a competitive wage" - personally I find it very tacky when restaurants say this. Just pay your employees fairly and don't make a show out of it.
This restaurant had such a strong start. We were seated immediately, our server took our order quickly, food arrived in a timely manner, and we loved the outside patio. However, once we received our drinks and food, we felt forgotten about. No one ever checked on us again, and we were trying to get our server's attention for nearly 20 minutes as she stood chatting with another table.
