Went to other location and got the same type of frozen fries in a to go order. (After previously eating in the restaurant a couple weeks ago and it being the normal fries). When I asked the Tanasbourne location I was told these fries and now what they're giving for take out orders. So the previous guy I spoke to must not have been aware of the change when he told me there was no change. This location has by far the worst service ! No matter what time of day , busy or slow ! I have visited this spot at least once every year to see if service has improved , not to my surprise service sucks . This was my favorite place to eat until I went in on February 19th. I had been in before on four to five separate occasions. On three of the five occasions where with my mom and my step dad and kids. My mom and stepdad and I ordered drinks, was not asked for ID. Then I came in with my mom and stepdad, I was seated alone while waiting for them to arrive. Do not order takeout here if 1, you're in a rush. 2, you need utensils to eat. Ordered a take out lunch here and was told it was against the law for them to give us plastic utensils. This is not actually the law...the law just says the customer needs to request it first, for plastic utensils to be included. We requested utensils and explained to them we needed it in order to eat the take out order at our destination. They refused. We asked the female host to double check the law. My son and I go out to lunch and a movie every Sunday since he could walk and talk. We have been going to your place for a few months now. I have to say you have the best burger in town bar none! The only issue is that my order is almost always wrong. This establishment has terrible customer service. They have the same bottle of wine listed at different prices on both their menu and their seasonal menu. The "manager" chalked it up to a misprint and shrugged his shoulders. I guess customer service is dead here. Never again will I return to this restaurant & bar.

Oh my gosh. So bad. I got this as a delivery via Uber eats... I tried the Gastroburger with a side salad and a chips/queso. The burger was raw inside. It tasted horrible.. and the bun was 100% soaked in grease when it arrived and soggy. Gross. The chips were terrible, the queso tasted like wax... and the salad was super underwhelming compared to a side salad from mcmennamins. Just. No.

My boyfriend and I went to the Thirsty Lion for dinner this evening, we sat at the bar so we could watch the games that were on. Our dinner & apps were great.. our drinks too! So no complaints there BUT I will say I was super disappointed in the bartenders. Sitting a couple chairs down from us was an extremely intoxicated individual. I've been coming to this place for years now, and I have been recently disappointed on 2 separate visits. Shrinkflation. It's real and it's hitting Thirsty Lion customers hard. I paid $11 for 4 small chicken strips on the appetizer menu. This item we have been eating for years, and had a minimum of 6-8 pieces in the past and now you get a kid size portion!
