This location has by far the worst service ! No matter what time of day , busy or slow ! I have visited this spot at least once every year to see if service has improved , not to my surprise service sucks . Walked in to meet some friends sat at the table for over ten mins , I made eye contact with the employees because I knew that no one was gonna approach the table . This was my favorite place to eat until I went in on February 19th. I had been in before on four to five separate occasions. On three of the five occasions where with my mom and my step dad and kids. My mom and stepdad and I ordered drinks, was not asked for ID. Then I came in with my mom and stepdad, I was seated alone while waiting for them to arrive. Had a Rueben sandwich with a cup of mushroom soup. I'm not normally into soup, but it was great. Everyone at the table loved their food. I wiil be going back. i can't wait to try their beer cheese soup.

Had a birthday lunch with 3 friends. Two of us had birthdays. Service was amazing. Ask for Rocky. He is the best. Food great. And Rocky brought us 2 birthday deserts! Loved having him as our server!!! 5 stars for Rocky.

Stopped at The Thirsty Lion on our way to the Oregon Coast. The service is great. We also really like that we can make reservations via OpenTable. We had the Beer Cheese Soup, California Rolls, and Spicy fried cauliflower. Everything was very good and tasted fresh. For drinks I had the Greyhound, and my boyfriend had a beer. The Greyhound was very tasty.

Do not order takeout here if 1, you're in a rush. 2, you need utensils to eat. Ordered a take out lunch here and was told it was against the law for them to give us plastic utensils. This is not actually the law...the law just says the customer needs to request it first, for plastic utensils to be included. We requested utensils and explained to them we needed it in order to eat the take out order at our destination. They refused. We asked the female host to double check the law. The service is prompt, friendly and accurate. I started with a bowl of beer cheese soup, I'm glad I had a bowl and not a cup, the soup is without a doubt one of the best I have had. I chose the gastroburger which again was very good. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

This was my second time ever being to this resteraunt and heres how it went down: Customer service: 10/10 perfect staff, got me seated in no time and didnt rush me out even though i stayed abit past reservation, i deeply appreshate any resteraunt that does that in this day and age. Cleanlyness: 10/10 they kept the place well cleaned at all times and actively bussed my table well as they did with all tables equally.
