Do Not waste your time or money going to Mercado Juarez. It was awful. My husband and I love good Mexican food....... this was the worst we ever had. Fajitas were tasteless. Salsa was served to us in a small plastic cup , like what you use in a bathroom. Our waiter was horrible and seemed to be keeping rushing us. The place was empty. Never going again

I had tried the steak and shrimp, and it had to be the most disgusting Mexican meal I have had. The steak itself had more fat than meat. The shrimp were over cooked and burnt. The frijoles charros had a nasty after taste in every bite. I never write reviews for food places and that should tell you something. At least the waiter was friendly.

Manager denied service to a disabled veteran on Veterans Day, all because he couldn't wear a mask. Then proceeded to tell me he doesn't care about veterans... our entire party of 20 walked out immediately. Our table was ten feet away and we were no more than 20 ft from any other customer.

We had a reservation for a party of 14 to celebrate a birthday party. We have been several times and food has been good. This time When the food came out rice and beans were cold. Chicken flair as greasy and chicken had no flavor. Carne Guisada was tough. When we asked to speak to the manager and voiced our concern, she came back and said general manager states he was the one who brought the food out and it was hot and there was nothing they could do. Terrible service for mediocre food. There are half a dozen other places within 5 miles of this location that would be a better dinner choice, Taco Bell being one of them. Then you would at least have speedy service. Our server was slow and nearly impossible to understand even to our Spanish fluent party. Drink was refilled one time, and it was a tea. Took 20 minutes to just get chips and salsa. Will not be coming here again

I am unbelievably upset with this restaurant and the management. My grandmother has been a returning customer on many occasions and has never received such disrespect. First, the waiter got their order wrong TWICE. The waiter proceeded to argue with my grandmother instead of trying resolve the situation. He just said "okay" and walked away. Look at photos and you can pretty much look at portions. Then portions+price+flavor = go look other places. Now I know why we don't come here(only when other people choose). Meat was tough (Carne Asada). Fajitas not tasty had overwhelming onion flavor because they pile so many underneath meat to look like your getting a lot of beef(nope). Serviceno water or chip & salsa refills (there little over 2hrs). Waiter NEVER came back to see if everything was to our order and ok (which is protocol as servers go). Terrible food so basic restaurant doesn't speak as it speaks I got a tortilla soup everybody said it famous for but it so salty lay off the sodium a bit . I run many restaurants and businesses but this is just probably one of the horrible food I have ever ate

Service has gone way down over the years. Friday July 26 was no different. Our waitress did not ask if we wanted appetizers, was missing a lot, we saw a manager and asked him for assistance he said ok let me find your waitress, we never saw her waited for 20 minutes to get a check and she never came. We asked other waiters for assistance they said sorry that's not my table. I may never set foot here again. They just don't care anymore.
