I had a somewhat late dinner with a HUGE party (over 20) after the Texas Scottish Festival. We had a couple of different servers helping us out, and they were doing a great job keeping drinks and chips and salsa topped off. I ordered the beef chile rellano for my entree, and it was delicious. It featured a nice, lightly battered rellano with flavorful ground beef inside, and just the right amount of heat. I have been going to Mercado Juarez in this location since I was very young. I still remember when I went for my birthday and the mariachi band came out to sing Barney to me. It was over a decade ago, so I don't know if they do that anymore, but I still go to this restaurant when I'm wanting to show friends good local Mexican food. Their chips and queso are phenomenal. I always get the beef fajita fondita and it always fills me up. Highly recommend this place!

They were very accommodating to our large group. Service was fast and very attentive even though it was a busy weekend. Plenty of space all around for our large party and two others that were going on. The queso here is pretty good, the wait staff was great on keeping chips & drinks refilled as we waited for the last of our party to arrive. I had the spinach and chicken quesadillas while my sister had the ones with just chicken. They were pretty good with generous portions. I love this restaurant now this food is a little expensive but you get a lot for what you pay for. If your going for date night or with a girlfriend, I recommend the V.I.P. Platter its enough to feed 3 people.

We were visiting family in Arlington and wanted some good Tex Mex style food. My Aunt suggested Mercado Juarez, which is apparently her favorite local Mexican food restaurant. I very happy she suggested it. Food was very good. We had a late lunch and ordered off the lunch menu; portions were huge. When we come back to Arlington, we will definitely come back.

My boyfriend and I were in the mood for some good Mexican food, Mercado Juarez was just that and more. The food was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. I got the chicken chimichanga with rice and beans and it was absolutely delicious, like my grandma's cooking. My boyfriend got the tacos al carbon and the meat was so tender and had great flavor. Always good. Salsa is warm and traditional. Chips are light and crunchy. My favorite is the Carnitas and a margarita swirl.

A work group of us (5) went out for a birthday lunch. I was so excited to take my friends to Mercado because they had never been. I used to go there all the time and it was great! They seated us quickly and took our order within minutes. But, 45 minutes later we were still waiting on our food. We finally got it and had to woof it down because we had a meeting.
