Horrible Experience. Went here with my family party of 27....we called ahead to reserve a table and they told us they did not make over the phone reservations just come in and we should only have to wait 30 to 45 mins. When we arrived at 6:30 we reserved a table for our party and they said the wait was 45 mins to an hour. We waited!! As we waited a party of 14 left and a party of 12 was seated. The manager on duty Joe Rivera came to us and stated our wait would be about 10 to 15 more mins....he didn't mention on top of the a... read more
Food is so bad. The only good thing is the dessert. I've been here like 5 times because my bfs family would always want to go but every time the food was horrible. I ordered a fajita chicken salad last time and they literally put queso in my salad. Also, once I ordered a grilled chicken and the chicken was kinda raw and the meat was horrible. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else with better Mexican food.
Terrible experience tonight! We gave our card to the waitress with our bill and she never gave us our bank card back.We talk to the manager and waitress and no card, everyone keep looking but no card. Then another waitress tried giving my husband someone else's bank card, wow!We waited almost 40 minutes while my husband canceled our bank card.I told the manager I'm not paying for nothing and how this is all a big inconvenience. So if you go to the restaurant pay at front door on your way out, I will never go back to the resta... read more
Today I placed an order at the bar. I greeted the bartender, who barely spoke to me. Upon my request, he gave me a menu. He then immediately rang up my order without so much as asking me if I wanted a drink while I waited (and no, I did not expect it for free). I thought to myself, "perhaps he is having a bad day." However, another customer came and received a welcoming greeting and light conversation. I sat there in silence for several minutes waiting on my food. Once it was ready, he gave it to me without a thank you or a... read more
The food was pricy and service wasn't very good. I would only go back if coworkers drag me there again. I am a native of south Texas and was insulted by the side eye and dismissive attitude I got from much of the staff, esp when asking where the rest of my party was. Two girls gabbing at the hostess desk refused to show me to my party even when I asked for better detections than "by the bar" and mentioned I had never been there before! The food was bland, the salsa wasn't spicy enough, the sopapillas were disappointing a... read more
Was here last Sunday. Went to dinner with my 6 year old. Walked in and wasn't really greeted. The girls at the desk look like they'd rather be anywhere else. We were seated immediately. The girl that "walked" us to our table was walking too far ahead, placed our menus on the table and walked away. Didn't even wait for us to get there and just walked away. I was shocked. As she passes by from wherever she went she asks if I'd prefer a kids menu for my child (duh) I say yes. She takes the menu and disappears, she never brings ... read more
The servers were attentive and the food was standard Tex-Mex. Meals ranged in price from about $10-$15 dollars a plate, which I thought was high considering the quality. We were here on a Saturday night and there was no wait at the door, we were able to be seated in a comfortable location.
Dinned here on 10-12-16 and it was by far one of the worst dinning experiences in the DFW area. We ordered the beef fajitas and beef enchiladas and they were plagued with gristle and chewy fat. The beans were bland and tasteless. Dinner at the local Taco Bell would of been better. The tortilla soup was good but couldn't offset the poor quality service. Very disappointed; maybe an off night?
I gave a retirement party for a teacher on a Thursday night in mid-May 2016. I spoke by phone with two different Assistant Managers who quoted me a private room with a $50 deposit that would be refunded if more than 20 guests arrived. I was told they would do this because it was on a week night when business was usually slow. During the event, a very insistent "no name tag" manager pulled me out to tell me that the room charge would NOT be waived even though we had more than 20 guests who ate dinner that night and had drin... read more
