Bad service at the bar! Had to drag information about the menu out of her. Guacamole tasted as if it was out of a package.

Given them all 2 stars for the flour tortillas. Delicious with the whipped butter. Anyways no idea why my sisters boyfriend chose this place for her bday dinner, we were a family of 6 on a Tuesday around 7pm, place was empty. This place has changed ! Used to come here once or twice for large birthday parties over the last 10 years. Had a party of 18 last night and we had to ask to get a waiter. Also who puts sweet n low in there sweet tea...???? The food was ok and the tortillas we're the best thing they had..

All I'm gonna say is the manager is rude. Seriously will not be coming back and we just brought a party of 50 to eat here. Also, the manager only had one waiter waiting on us, and wouldn't help him nor would he call anyone in.

Was not impressed took me 15 minutes to get a drink another hour for food they were really busy and the drinks were good food took so long I got it to go didn't even get a fork I probably won't be back

Unbelievable how disappointed we were after a Birthday night out. We've been coming here for years and my how times have changed. Service was "by request": if you wanted chips and salsa, you had to ask for it. If you wanted the sides that came with your meal, you had to ask for it. The staff (except for the bus man who eventually brought the chips & salsa) seemed to have an attitude. Went in today to grab some lunch. The food was terrible. I got cheese enchiladas and the sour cream sauce tasted like gravy. I used to go here as a child and it seems they have gone downhill since. The service I received was also terrible. She was rude and got our order wrong. Was really hoping the food would make up for the bad service but it didn't. Wont be going back and for sure don't recommend to anyone.

I have great childhood memories from eating at Mercado Juarez as a kid with my family. I thought it'd be great to be nostalgic and get some great tex-mex. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. I had chicken enchiladas with verde sauce and a margarita. Both the sauce and the margarita mix had a strong tart taste that overpowered everything else. I felt that it wasn't worth my money.

My experience at the Arlington location was horrible!!!! We were taking out of town family to celebrate and had a party of 27. We called ahead to see if we could reserve tables and they told us no, that we would just have to come. We arrived at 630 and were told the wait would be about an hour. We understood and waited patiently. After an hour, we were told it would be another 15-20 minutes.
