great place. I have been going to this place for the last year and I can say that this is one of the best places I have been to.

Holy. Smokes. What an experience! We were greeted by ladies in dresses and cowgirl boots holding the door open for us; great hospitality! We checked in at the time of our reservation, but had to wait a bit. No biggie; we sat at the bar. The place is somewhat dark and cozy so The Girlfriend busted out the light on her phone so we could read the drink menu (we're old, what can I say?). We enjoyed Happy Hour with 50% off wine and most cocktails. Shared the triple dip on Happy Hour and shared a smoked pork chop. Their smoked pork chop is better than Perry's in our opinion! Amazing service by our waitress Lana with recommendations, attention to detail, boxing up our leftovers and never letting our water glasses be empty!

1845 is probably the best restaurant at Lakeside here in Flower Mound. Operated by the Marty B's company the service and food is really good ! Great Texas ambiance and menu selection, especially the steaks! The bar selection also has very good selection of allocated bourbons. Highly recommended spot for families or large groups !

We came on Wednesday evening to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Everything about this experience was great. We had no less than five different staff greet us and congratulate us on our anniversary. Our server did a great job in explaining the menu and some of the signature menu items. We tried the meatballs as an appetizer and they were wonderful. I could have made a meal out of those by themselves they were so good. Excellent food, drinks and great service! Highly recommend starting at their beautiful spacious bar before dining. I am not a bar person per-say, but this bar at 1845 is elegant, spacious and the staff are very welcoming!
