We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation, and there was a delay. BUT, the hostess kept updating Me and other parties around me of how long we were expecting to wait. When we were seated, one of the managers came around and introduced himself to my wife and I, and offered us champagne due to the delay in our reservation. All in all the experience was fantastic. Elijah was awesome! From the sampler appetizer to the pork chop and wine and on to the amazing desert board this was a great meal. The history, all Texas sourcing down to the music, and the explanations was top notch. Highly recommend!

Place was awesome!!!! Get the Pork Chop! You won't be disappointed and it's huge so you can share it with another. Service was great! Ambiance was great! Music was great!

Y'all. RUN don't walk here. This place is amazing! Drinks were so good: recommend the Bonnie Parker. The ribeye was delicious as were the au gratin potatoes. Ambiance is on pointe and the nod to Texas and Texas history (hence 1845) adds a cool fair! Service was impeccable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are from Ft Worth.... Please please open one there!!

I like the ambience of this place. The lettuce in my wedge salad last time was a bit white for my liking. Their food makes up for the lack of service though. Their drinks are good a tinge overpriced for the level of service offered.

I've never had a steak I truly enjoyed, but I've been craving one lately and decided to give 1845 a try. I've been wanting to visit for a while, and I'm so glad I finally did. One of my favorite spots. Best side options in town...au gratin potatoes to die for. Disappointed they switched out their amazing halibut for lame salmon. Still go quite often because there are many other good options.

We love 1845!! Food is consistently delicious and service is unbeatable! We travel to the Dallas area several times a year and 1845 is a must when we are there.
