This place was amazing. The food was delicious and well seasoned. The ambiance was nice and a little dim. Tried the artichoke dip and was pleasantly surprised by the smoky flavoring and was delicious! I got the Texas strip and was one of the best steaks I've had. Even my husband agreed was better than some Dallas steakhouse we recently went to. Visiting this steakhouse for the first time, the service was great, the restaurant atmosphere was also great. However, they are a pricey steakhouse which is OK if the food matches the price. My steak was a 9 oz Filet Minion and it was just meh. I'm I true believer that if you need to eat your steak with steak sauce it's not a good steak. We waited about 20 minutes past our reservation time. When we finally got the table, they were prompt with the service and offered a glass of champagne due to the wait. Food was good, well cooked steaks, but restaurant was a bit noisy. We'll likely try again on a weeknight and see if things are better.

Jaden B is a phenomenal server. The service was superb. His knowledge and recommendations on the food/drinks 1845 has to offer is spot on. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We came in for my daughter's birthday and we had a big party with us. Our waiters were great and very informative. Our drinks and appetizers came out in a timely manner. The food was amazing! I did find some hair in my food but I let them know and they replaced my meal swiftly. Honestly that didn't taint my experience nor did it take away from the food. It was so good! I will start off by saying this place truly exceeded my expectations. Reservations for 4:30 on Sunday came in and we were sat immediately no wait. We went to 1845 Taste of Texas to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation so being seated was super fast. We ordered the 9oz Filet and 15oz sirloin for my wife and I, and Mac and cheese and tenders for the kids. We also had the filet quest dip which was outstanding. The only issue we had was that the filet was over done for my taste. The staff were super quick to get a replacement out for me and even waived the cost of the filet (which surprised me). Nice looking place with cowboy chic decor. Lots of big screens to watch sports wail fine dining is a little unusual. They have a really nice outdoor patio setting area. Everyone was super friendly with great service from the moment you walk through the door. The food was very good. Had the 20oz smoked Prime Rib to split with brussels sprouts, mac & cheese, and shrimp and dirty rice. Everything was well executed and great tasting. Definitely a place to return and try the rest of the menu.
