We came in for my daughter's birthday and we had a big party with us. Our waiters were great and very informative. Our drinks and appetizers came out in a timely manner. The food was amazing! I did find some hair in my food but I let them know and they replaced my meal swiftly. Honestly that didn't taint my experience nor did it take away from the food. It was so good! I will start off by saying this place truly exceeded my expectations. Reservations for 4:30 on Sunday came in and we were sat immediately no wait. We went to 1845 Taste of Texas to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation so being seated was super fast. We ordered the 9oz Filet and 15oz sirloin for my wife and I, and Mac and cheese and tenders for the kids. We also had the filet quest dip which was outstanding. The only issue we had was that the filet was over done for my taste. The staff were super quick to get a replacement out for me and even waived the cost of the filet (which surprised me). Nice looking place with cowboy chic decor. Lots of big screens to watch sports wail fine dining is a little unusual. They have a really nice outdoor patio setting area. Everyone was super friendly with great service from the moment you walk through the door. The food was very good. Had the 20oz smoked Prime Rib to split with brussels sprouts, mac & cheese, and shrimp and dirty rice. Everything was well executed and great tasting. Definitely a place to return and try the rest of the menu.

Great customer service so far!! Wow! Delicious food!! Seasoned to perfection. Christopher our waiter was so nice. I was really impressed with how much he checked on us and so did other waiters. The food the food the food ! Sooo good. You just have to try it yourself to see. Highly recommend.

We came here on a Saturday night without a reservation. Even though the restaurant was packed, they were able to accommodate us in about 20 minutes. At first, the restaurant seemed small. We came upon this place by accident because our normal steakhouse was temporarily closed. It was a very pleasant surprise. The friendly staff and excellent food were beyond 5 stars. We highly recommend the pork belly, smoke pork chop and filet mignon were cooked to perfection. If you still have room, get the blueberry crumble for desert.

Found this place on a 'BEST STEAK near me' search. I knew nothing about 1845. I was solo on Saturday night and was pleasantly taken back when I walked in. Surprisingly nice ambiance.
