I can't do zero stars. Too bad! The manager told me he'd fix it with apps and drinks. That's awesome without a table to eat them on while standing at the bar. Res under Tiffany R. We had 730 reservations, and walked in at 710 and we were told 10 to 15 minutes. Then at 815 we were told by hostess they don't know when table will be ready. At 825 we left. Dined here tonight. This was our second trip in and wanted to give it another shot since the first trip wasn't anything to write home about. Everyone deserves a second chance, right? Meatballs are excellent. Such good flavor. It ends there though. Entrees are just downright boring. Nothing special at all. No taste and steaks were extremely over cooked. Food is very expensive and is just OK. Loud! However, their dress code is not. I thought this is a high-end restaurant and would dress accordingly. But there were definitely people wearing cut offs and flip-flops. Not to mention the rap music, but it was Texas rap music as the waiter explained. Will not be going back again, I'd rather drive to Dallas and spend the same amount of money and enjoy the experience.

My friend and I would never go to this restaurant again based on poor customer service. We were seated in a dark dining room. We had to use the small table lamp over the menu to see. The waiter was almost obnoxious with his attitude. We stated this was the first time at this restaurant and we were hungry. The waiter Troy, I think,  was interested in what was the reason for dining as if we had to have a reason. We've been to 1845 several times. This most recent visit was the first disappointment. The poblano meatballs never disappoint. My wedge salad had next to zero dressing on it. I asked, and was brought more, but that should have been noticed before it was brought out. Our filet was ordered rare plus, but was actually on the far end of medium rare. The atmosphere was not what we expected. It felt more like a fast food place than an upscale restaurant.

No stars!!!!Terrible service! When check came he had overcharged us, then while we were looking at bill, server came back and immediately said oh, I think I charged you for extra salad. Really, how did he know if he deliberately did it in hopes we'd just pay it and leave. Then idk perhaps manager came by asked how dinner was, response was "ok". she said great, so we need your table, can you'll leave. I wish I had my camera available I would have taken a photo. Food was ok. def not going back there! No stars!!!.

Ordered online. Baked potato missing and presentation of burger very unappealing. Too far to drive back to. I should have checked my order before I left.
