We arrived for our 7pm reservation and the restaurant was pretty full. We were told it would be about 15 minutes before we could be sat. The restaurant then sent a waitress to us in the waiting room to get drink orders and see if we wanted any appetizers. The restaurant then brought around a sampler of an appetizer to everyone in the waiting room. After we were seated, the manager came over and gave us champagne and apologized for the wait. Delicious my husband got the pork chop, I got the sirloin. The ambiance was perfect. The service was great. Everyone was friendly. Can't wait to go back.

The good - the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is okay, but not worth the price point. The not so good - I have been here twice. Both times, they got my order wrong. They were good about correcting it, but 2 for 2. The second time, I ordered smoked prime rib. I ordered med rare, and it came out med well to well. How can a high end steakhouse miss this? The place kicked us out for absolutely no reason after we had sit there paying and just casually drinking and they kicked us out because their 40 year old single buddies were horny and felt scared and we got kicked out for no reason an they provided no reason the place is an over priced dump. That will kick you out for no explanation besides his buddies behind horny.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent visit, especially given this restaurant's usual reputation for excellent food and service. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing this time around--so much so that I barely ate it. I made a point to notify our waiter, but the comment was brushed off and never acknowledged. I had a reservation at 1945 for my wife's birthday dinner. We arrive at 1940 and were told that they did not have a table for us and there were other reservations that needed to be seated before us. I spoke with the manager, waited 30 minutes, and we were seated at 2015. Our plans for the remainder of the evening were now cancelled as we had other reservations after dinner. i'm not the one to complain. I came here for my daughters 16th birthday to try and give our family a little break and a treat. I made a reservation for 7:30 pm , and after complaining a multitude of times. I was finally able to secure a six person booth for my seven person party...at 8:15pm. Ridiculous. Saturday night , we had a birthday party at 1845 in Flower Mound. I was not aware of their strict rules, such as no cake brought in, no decorations, no seating until all 10 people arrived, and a limited time period to dine. As I was putting up two flower arrangements with a very elegant gold balloon on each arrangement, I was told initially I had to remove everything from the table as it destroyed the ambiance of the restaurant.
