Thirsty Lion is an American gastro pub scratch kitchen. It usually has a lively atmosphere, the food is consistent, and they have games on in the bar area. They've always been accommodating to us with large reservations or multiple families. We've even had a few Mom's Night Out events for my children's school because they are so great with reserving patio space and allowing separate checks. Very easy to work with. Ambiance is nice. Great outside deck. Service is solid. Portions are substantial. I just wish the food was better. Hand cut fries are soggy. Spicy chicken sandwich isn't really spicy. Pork tenderloin is smothered in a cloyingly sweet sauce. Price to quality just isn't in balance for this restaurant.

We were absolutely surprised by this place. We kind of figured it was typical bar food - but it was great. A huge beer & good, "limited" wine list. From our appetizer to burgers - it was great. And the jalepeno jam is awesome! Friendly servers and lots of tvs to watch the games. We will definitely be back.

Server was pleasant and both of our meals were very good. O my downfall was I cut myself on my arm on the chair and showed the waiter and he was like "oh how'd you do that?" He said it kindly, but no offer for a bandaid (I was bleeding).

Food is pretty solid and service is okay. Depends on when you show up I guess. It is definately better than Yard House.

I like burgers. That's what I like to order the first time I go to a restaurant. This was the WORST burger I have ever had. I paid about $26 for a soggy burger that was lukewarm and kind of greasy. The fries were cold and soggy too. I know not to return food to the kitchen if it is subpar, as there's a chance you will get something unsavory in the replacement food. Clean and comfortable. The food was good but service a little slow. Only saw the waitress once. Worst part is when you pay, she gives you a handheld device and stares at you while you're deciding what to tip. Also, there is a survey you have to take after signing and the waitress is standing over you while you rate her on this device. Very awkward.

The food was great and the bartender was amazing. We got a flatbread pizza and it was wonderful.
