We stopped in on Black Friday weekend Sunday night. When we walked in at 4:30, we were one of three people at the bar. And the restaurant was mostly empty as well. We came for happy hour and started with a couple of beers. After a bit, we ordered queso and chips. Surprisingly, we had more queso than we had chips. Thirsty Lion - Desert Ridge is a top-notch spot for catching the game and enjoying great food. The team was super accommodating-when we arrived to watch a football game, they changed the channel so we had the perfect view. Service was seriously outstanding-Cailin was attentive from start to finish, making sure everything was just right. Big bonus: they took my shellfish allergy very seriously and made sure there was no cross-contamination, which gave me real peace of mind. My husband and I stopped for a quick snack on a Friday night. Love the vibe. Staff are super friendly and show up at table before I even knew I needed them. There is one issue though. We had the Hamburger sliders, 4. We expected the Hamburger to be fresh, juicy, flavorful. Well no- they were dry and not very flavorful. If food was better I'd go to 5 stars

We stopped here to meet a friend for lunch. We sat on the patio because it was so gorgeous outside. It was really hopping inside but we could easily chat and enjoyed our conversation and lunch together outside. The hubby and I enjoyed the Alaskan fish dinner. Our friend did not really enjoy the too dry cheeseburger but we all enjoyed the thin cut fries. Our server Virginia took great care of us and made sure our drinks remained full. Give them a try!

The food is always good quality and the service is great. Kim has been our server a few times and she's friendly, professional and makes it a good experience for our Friday night happy hour with my family members. It's all about the experience! We also like the vibe. Good music, sports and it's a good crowd of diverse people just out for a great meal.

We frequent here for brunch. Never had very good service. Today was a completely different experience. Kayleen was our waitress and she was one of the best waitresses we have ever had. Very attentive, kind, welcoming, and friendly. If this restaurant hired more waitresses like her they might have more patrons! Thanks for a great brunch Kayleen!

Would be a 5 star had our food come out hot. But the head chef and our bartender compensated for the inconvenience and couldn't have been more nice and apologetic. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of after the fact and it was so refreshing to see such great service in the service industry. Well done by them! Thank you so much to Landyn and the head chef, we appreciate you! **older white man in the checkered blue long sleeve shirt, seemed to be a manager, could not have been more useless.
