What can I say--this place is completely out of line with the prices they charge. I ordered a simple meal of three tacos for $19.95. Each taco had a scant amount of shrimp, chicken, and something else that wasn't impressive enough for me to even remember. There was so much cabbage that it felt like I was eating cabbage tacos. Really disappointing experience. Went out to celebrate a special accomplishment of my son's. Waited quite awhile to be greeted by server Karli E. Once she did, she wasn't apologetic for the wait or particularly friendly at all. Saw her for initial drink and app order and kept menus to later order meals. Apps took normal amount of time and were delivered by manager; By this time, our waters and beers were empty, so we asked the manager if we could order another beer and get refills on water. The good ol steady. They have a great staff and a warm, welcoming decor. Menu is solid and kept fresh with seasonal specials. Food is consistent and the drinks are tasty. Great to watch a game at or just a good casual night out. Wish they hadn't got rid of their pizzas

This restaurant is located in the Desert Ridge shopping area in the north of Phoenix. I met a friend here on a Saturday at noon. I expected the place to be crowded, so I reserved a spot using Open Table online the night before. We didn't need it though. My friend arrived early and got a table without the reservation or a wait. The booths here are really long. It will seat a large group easily. If your midsection is growing, you might find it a bit tight to get in and out. The food was delicious and they had so many options. Everything we had was great! The service was quick and our server was extremely friendly. The restaurant was cozy and has tvs so we could still watch football, but it didn't feel like a sports bar. I will definitely go back!

Decided to go here after getting Justification non-service at Kona Grill. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Dave, one of the managers. He was super friendly and seated us immediately. We even had a friendly conversation. Dave immediately brought us water as well It was so nice to see the manager bring us our water. We absolutely love this place and it continues to impress every time we visit. The drinks, food, and service are all excellent, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. You can truly tell this is a scratch kitchen, which makes a huge difference in both quality and flavor. Holy... SHIT service.. Again I'm not one to leave negative reviews but it has to happen. I made a reservation based off yelp reviews. Decided this place based off reviews. I made a later reservation at 9:15 and we arrived at 8:45pm we were sat and weren't touched for 12 min... and during that time saw the server go to another server and beg her to take our table. I get it you're tired but so am I. I'm visiting for a work conference and worked 12 hours on my feet at the JW Marriott. So I was expecting at least decent service... read more
The food was very good but our server, Tatum, was horrible. She seemed very distracted, took our order, never came back to the table for drink refills or to see if there was something we needed. The hostess brought us our food.
