Great experience! Matt was wonderful and made our visit absolutely wonderful. Definitely will be back and have already recommended Clay Pigeon to many friends. Told them to ask for Matt if they wanted the ultimate dining experience.

Setting was relaxing which was very welcomed. The bone marrow was probably the best I've ever eaten. The top of the marrow has a fire grill char to the top which sets it apart from all others. However, I was hooked when the steak arrived. I've never had the outer cut of a ribeye served as its own steak. Absolutely awesome! Moreover, the staff was top notch. Matthew (Matt) was our server. His knowledge of the menu and his own twist describing each item makes you want to order the entire menu. Very professional but not stuffy... read more

I thought I'd made a mistake when we arrived b/c the parking lot was empty. Far from it. Usually when it's a slow night everything falls apart but not here. The waiter set us up with his recommendations for starter (bone marrow ribs) and a red wine that was light, lucious and paired well with our choices. Perfect way to settle in and peruse the menu. Following the ribs we shared the Tomato, Burrato salad and peach & goat cheese. I enjoyed the pan seared scallops and my friend swooned over the duck. It was all so delici... read more

We ate there for the first time tonight and it was fabulous! We split the spinach salad (plenty for two) and my husband had the pork chop. I'm a vegetarian, so the waitress arranged for a few modifications of the "pasta special" so that it had even more that usual of the delicious vegetables, fresh basil and of course, the fresh made pasta noodles. Perfection!! We shared a mixed berry tart (crust was out of this world) with vanilla ice cream they make on-site. The waitress was delightful and attentive...just a wonderful expe... read more

Wow.... this place is amazing!! The food is very fresh and cooked to perfection!! The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Our waitress Diana was very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks. She made sure that our food came out at a slow pace so we could enjoy each course and relax. She was just so sweet. Everything that we had was off the chain!! I really can't wait to come back!!

We had dinner here last Friday night, 27 April. While we appreciate the use of local ingredients and the food was mostly very good, the overall experience did not live up to the price. We had the quail appetizer, house pasta with sausage, and pan roasted salmon. This was all good, though much of it was a bit bland - especially the quail. The proportions were fairly small (not a problem), so we had dessert. I can't recall what we had, but one was very bland and the other had too much of a bitter chocolate taste. Our sit... read more

Came w a large party for dinner. The ambience and the vibe of the restaurant is nice, good place to chat for dinner (not loud at all). The appetizers we had were delicious. I've never had bone marrow before or knew what to really expect. It was so good and buttery on bread. The soup was also very tasty. The beef tartar and salmon dip were okay, nothing really special about them. For dinner, I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly w a side of asparagus. The shrimp & grits were also super good. Overall, enjoyed the restaur... read more
