Seafood in DFW is pretty hit or miss in quality and flavor. This place is a hit. Awesome classy stop and great for date night!
It's not often that I make the trek to Fort Worth. After all, who wants to face either the predictable traffic jams on I-30 and the road-ragers fighting to establish a new land speed record? Not I. "Louisiana" BBQ shrimp was great but they don't serve it with French bread. Which kind of defeats the purpose of it being Louisiana style
I love this place! I've eaten here more times than I can count and it's fantastic every time. The ambiance is very cool. Classy, but not stuffy. Service is always great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The host, Adam is always cheery and happy to greet guests as they walk in. Most importantly, the food is sooo good. The redfish beignets and the steak frites are insanely good. I need to make it in for dinner and oysters. Happy they're in the neighborhood.
Does a lot of stuff very right. Drinks are fantastic, service is friendly, ambiance is relaxed and homey. Beignets are hands down best appetizer; sauce is fantastic too. You can't go wrong with the Italian beef sandwich or the braised short rib - both are fantastic. Only thing I didn't like was the lobster roll, which is a total ripoff at 30$...I don't say that lightly...but the measly amount of lobster didn't fit the price point at all. great! definitely on the more expensive side but big portions. shared the lobster roll and the fries are better than the chips
