Wonderful food, service and ambience! Lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff. The seafood bar looked like a fun place to sit and enjoy their very fresh seafood. The frites were perfectly cooked and you always had to have just one more. We will definitely be back soon and would like to try their brunch.
Stopped in for lunch. Ambiance is amazing.. What a beautiful place! Came here to give some salad advice.. the Walloon's chopped is meh.. not much flavor and drowning in dressing. The calamari salad was delicious and way more interesting. If you are wanting a salmon salad, I would recommend subbing it on the calamari salad. We will definitely be back!
Incredible redfish beignets & the atmosphere was so inviting! The service was impeccable!
Great place with fun atmosphere. Must try the redfish beignets!! They were delicious. Wedge salad was crisp and fresh, perfect with my dirty martini. Redfish and salmon dishes were delicious and cooked perfectly. We tried the bread pudding for dessert which wasn't our favorite, but won't stop me from coming back to this nice spot.
I had a spontaneous visit at this seafood restaurant from Yelp reviews. This restaurant is very fancy and upscale. I wish the menu was offering more variety of seafood selections. I had lobster bisque to start. It was very tasty but salty. They put chunks of lobsters in the soup but the lobster was cold so the soup was cold. I also ordered half dozens of oysters. Great ambiance and service. I highly recommend the beignets and seafood Mac and cheese. The cocktail menu was stacked and we loved the seasonal old fashioned. I would skip the tuna tartare with melon on our next visit - great quality but it was missing some key flavors for me.
I've been to Walloon's three separate times. HH enjoyed the delicious mussels and oysters. Brunch had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict which were outstanding! Dinner enjoyed redfish entree. Cocktails are well balanced and IG pic ready. Service is on point. I love the decor.
Oyster selection was awesome just wish they had a stronger horseradish. The fish beignets are basically fish and chips. They were nice and crispy and the dip was nicely seasoned. The waiter didn't know anything about the menu and couldn't answer my questions about several entrees. The restaurant is fun atmosphere and has a very casual feeling.
we went there tonight 3/9/24 for the first time. it won't be our last. everything about this place is awesome. service, food, prices, parking validation. the menu is full, we'll need to return to try additional item. Saturday night and our food came quickly. our drinks were perfect and our waitress could have been nicer and more informative. A large bar in the middle with tables around the edges. reminds us of several of our favorite restaurants in Dallas. This will become our "go-to" restaurant in Fort Worth!
