Jaw dropped as I entered Walloon's cozy and elegant modern bistro scene. Wonderful was their lunch service. Hoping and was not disappointed in their sophisticated yet familiar seafood courses. Relishing still to be the guest of their beautifully delicate tasting bouillabaisse with perfectly prepared seafood of redfish, shrimp, and, mussels, "Seared Redfish"! CHEERS!
Love love love this seafood restaurant! The food and service is excellent. I've only been for lunch twice, I'm sure it's pretty busy at dinner so make reservations if you can! The lobster roll competes with that of the east coast!
Went for Mother's Day! Loved the place. Old school and upscale interior. Really great food and a good selection. Definitely recommend.
Service was good, food was average! I was hoping this would be something to write home about but nothing we ordered wow-ed us. (Fish beignets, steak frites, seared redfish). The redfish sauce was watery and lacked flavor. The fries were good, but the steak was nothing special. Probably would try something else for the price! Cute restaurant though!
Just tried this place for the first time and can't wait to be back, the lobster roll and Mac and cheese were delicious
I had a business lunch with a party of 8 people. For most of us it was our first time at Walloon's. Our server did a great job introducing us to the menu. She recommended the Redfish Beignets as a starter and they were excellent. I tried the Pan Roasted Salmon at her recommendation and found it delightful. Wife and I split the redfish beignets, a blackened shrimp salad, and the redfish entree. Restaurant comped us a Oreo cheesecake for our anni which was very nice of them (and delicious!). Food was great, server was attentive and polite, price isn't bad for what you're getting. They made our anniversary experience wonderful. We'll be back.
This place was great, it was our first time there. It says southern comfort food but I would say there it is more seafood related. My wife and I split everything but we got deviled eggs, oysters and braised beef over mashed potatoes. We would definitely recommend and go back, we at there on a Monday night at 6:30pm. Service was fast, food came out fast and overall great experience
We really liked this for a Happy Hour early dinner. We had the Redfish Beignets, Oysters, Lobster Rolls and a few cocktails. The vibe and music was SO relaxing! Kat and Tabby at the bar were awesome! I am sure it would be a great date night dinner experience too! Parking was easy!
