I was excited to try this place based on the menu and the reviews. Overall I can say I was a little disappointed. The best part is easily the ambiance. The space is great and it was festively decorated for the holiday. I would say the service was subpar. The server was nice but seemed disinterested in our table. Came to Thirsty Lion for a last minute birthday lunch with friends. Everyone loved their food! I was impressed with the flavors. My friends got the Southern Fried Benedict and thought it was amazing! The breakfast potatoes were really good too. I also heard great things about the Ahi Poke Bowl and the Cheeseburger. The Fish and Chips was alright. First time at The Thirsty Lion at Desert Ridge Mall. Saturday noon and was thrilled that we were immediately seated. Our party of 3 received menus and water quickly. Weekend menu had brunch and lunch service. Orders were taken after a bit of a wait as they got busy. Put this one on your list. Two of us ordered the Gastropub Burger. Fabulous service from James and great Happy Hour options. My husband and I enjoyed several glasses of wine and a few cocktails that were reasonably priced and a number of choices. We ordered solely off of the extensive Happy Hour menu- Ahi Stack, Chicken Tenders, Fries and Carnitas Tacos. Each one was delicious. If I had to choose my favorite it would be the Ahi Tuna Stack. Great value, great quality and quantity and an excellent server. Thank you James.

Waitress was amazing, she was also very busy. Always with a smile. Ambiance was great on the patio. Cheese curds, bacon wrapped dates, homemade ranch dressing, and a seasonal menu burger of Wagyu beef, bacon and jam burger was unbelievable. Will be back soon.

Very slow and poor service. Food looked (and tasted) like it it got ran over by a semi truck. Let's not even get started with the lack of toilet paper and cleanliness. Never going back. Worst restaurant experience ever
