Beautiful place. Very Friendly staff. Saul is great and super fun. Wanted to try something other than fajitas so went for beef chimichanga and soft tacos-- excellent. I put the poblano sour cream sauce on versus ranchero sauce. It was amazing. We will go back.

Boy have I got a deal for you!! Do you like the peppers and onions that come with fajitas? Well then, you should get the combo fajitas for two! This place is stunning. And the service was 10 stars. From the moment we walked through the door the staff was friendly and attentive. Within seconds of being seated we were greeted and had chips and salsa. It was a busy Saturday night yet we were in and out within 40 minutes and that was having ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert. Can't go wrong dining here. The food is delicious.

We have eaten at Cactus Canyon twice since they open and look forward to many more visits. The first visit was a little rough, but manager Nick took amazing care of us. All the food was excellent, the Poblano Queso was the best I have had. We ordered it both visits, it will be a must every time we go. The cheese enchiladas was some of the best I have had in a long time. The prices are more expensive than some places around, but the quality of the food and the service are top notch. Marty B does a great job when it comes to staffing his restaurants. Always friendly and attentive service. I'm not sure how he manages to find such good people to work in his establishments. We have dined at all of his locations. As far as food quality, some are better than others. Our favorites are 1845 in Lakeside and his coffee shop. Rustico is generally pretty good. Highly recommended, the food was really good, we had the chicken and steak frajitas, was excellent, The ambiance at Cactus Canyon is Great, great for a date night. Beautiful bar and great drinks.

Outstanding food! Excellent service, wonderful ambiance. We went on a Friday night, so it was understandably crowded. We had to wait a while but it was well worth it. I had the best chimichanga ever. Our only concern was the noise. They'll need to do some noise abatement.

We just walked out of our first dining experience here, and we will be back. We arrived just a bit before the dinner rush, so there was no wait for seating (you may have an hour or more wait if you come during peak dinner). While the food was spectacular, it's the service that really got my attention. Caesar was our excellent server, but it was obvious that the entire staff was involved in taking care of each guest. With its great atmosphere, food and service, this is at the top of my "favorites" list!
