Quite possibly my least favorite atmosphere of ANY restaurant I EVER been to. The food was acceptable, nothing special but at least it was 50% more expensive than other similar restaurants in the area. The seating was so tight that I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the meal. Busy and on a wait at 4pm on Saturday so plan to be there a while. Decor is more upscale and modern and quite nice. Music is way too loud and makes it hard to enjoy the people you came to share a meal with. Hostess staff skirts awful short. Booth (away from the windows) were very tight and uncomfortable. Like a tight pair of pants. Didn't make you want to relax and eat.
Food was great and prompt but lord, the upsetting was disgusting. Very pushy, constant checking in. And the music!! So loud and over the top. Might as well be a bar. I'd rather drive down to Dallas or more refined place for the price and ambiance.
The atmosphere is awful. Came in for the first time and the place is so dark you can't see, the music is so loud I can't hear a word the waiters are saying. It feels like a night club. You have to yell to each other at the same table just to hear what anyone is saying. I can only eat one item on the menu, so not sure about the food's rating. But the overall atmosphere is very agitating. I felt the music in my chest the whole time.
Decent food, but fairly pricey, $18.99 for a cheese quesadilla is crazy. More of a place to bring a date, not a family. Good service!
Vibe is cool. Make sure you have time to wait- we waited about 1.5hrs Friday for a table of 8 (they advised 1hr wait at 6:40). There is an outside covered lounge to wait. House marg is $10 (cheapest). I'll stick with other Marty Bs restaurants. Queso was meh. Our table didn't finish it. Tortilla soup was gelatinous thick and too spicy for me (I'm vanilla and made sure to ask prior), took home most of it and hopefully husband will finish it. Underwhelming for most in our group.
