Fantastic Tex-Mex and exceptional service--perfect for family dinner! $$$ We headed to Cactus Canyon for a weeknight Tex-Mex dinner with my daughter's family, and even on a busy Tuesday evening, this spot impressed. The food was beyond fantastic! We had the filet fajitas, 5 layer ice cream cake, and a fresa fresh drink. What a great meal! The service was top notch also. The only thing I can say I didn't particularly love was how dark it was in the restaurant and wow was it crowded. But even with that we waited less than 30 mins for a table. Marty has done it again! Congrats on another great restaurant!

Got there at 5:00 and parking lot was full. Was able to get a table for two very quickly. Was surprised when we walked in because it's painted black inside. Usually Mexican restaurants are colorful. It's very nice and very upscale. Service was very good and helpful. Was expecting the food to be more upscale too but unfortunately it wasn't. Service and food were great. We went at 6p to get a table. There was no wait. The restaurant was clean and service was fast. Drinks were good. Good was flavorful. Expensive. 2 people - shared fajitas, drinks, queso = $100+

We waited a few months to try this place because it always looks like there is a wait. I shouldn't have waited.... I was missing out! The salsa is roasted, served warm, and is so good! I got the fajitas with the stuffed shimp. I recommend this! We also had the poblano queso that was good. The service was outstanding and very attentive. I didn't love the spicy margarita. It was too sweet. I would not order it again. I will be back for the food.

Love it!! Get busy so my advice is to go early or be prepared to waist. We typically start with queso and Texican Egg Rolls ( our favorite)) do not sleep on the Egg Rolls. Only had the house and skinny Marg both excellent. Our go to is the combination fajitas !! Prime meat and veggies. We have been too full to try the sopapilla cheesecake but it looks amazing everyone has told us to get it!! Great atmosphere, service and decor! It will be busy so pack your patience & Enjoy
