I keep trying to give this place a chance because I like some of the options. But they could really use a lesson in customer service and creating the experience... today we overheard the bartender and waitress saying, "dang I'm glad that's not my customer!" I just think there's a lack of class there saying it so loud that other customers can hear. We also had a bunch of floaties in our water and asked for new water and that's the second time we've been here and faced a cleanliness problem. We also asked for the seasonal menu... read more

Kayla, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Clearly we could have handled this better. We will turn this into a coaching and learning moment. Your feedback only makes us better. We all hope you will return and enjoy one of our trademark burgers again soon.

My husband and I have been to this location 5 or 6 times and each time has been great. No complaints on service, food or cleanliness. The music is a bit loud to have a conversation. That is the only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars. As far as the 2%, I am not bothered by that. It's for a legit reason. And if you are offended by it, you can ask to have it removed - it's that simple. We will return for sure.

There is a private lot in the back. The lot is for all the businesses in the area so it fills up quickly but you can always find a spot. This place has happy hour every day from 3-6 pm. I was able to sit right at the bar with no wait. The happy hour is quite nice here. Definitely coming back to watch a game. They have plenty of TVs at the bar. I ordered an Oregon beer and the jalapeno burger. The beer is on draft and it is decent. The burger is great. I like the heat that is coming off the burger and it really helps in co... read more

I've been to a few HH's at the Washington Square location, but first time here for lunch. The food was mediocre and overpriced at that. That portion size for the orange chicken is what you get for $20. It looked and tasted like it came from Panda Express. Did not taste fresh, more like reheated frozen chicken. A bit disappointing...the chicken sandwich was ok, again nothing new or special about it. There was some Cajun spices but not a lot flavor, was a bit bland. Would not pay full price for the food, so not worth it... read more

Business response:

Hi Trang, I'm very sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with us. We take pride in having a fresh and scratch-made menu that changes with the seasons, so it's upsetting to hear that we missed the mark on your visit. I will make sure kitchen management sees this review so that we can ensure we are maintaining our standards. Thank you for the feedback.

Suburbia at it's finest. Average food. Average prices. You know what you're gonna get. National chain choices but still locally owned. And probably shopped everyday to be sold to a chain. So come here for the convenience, if it is convenient. But don't necessarily go out of your way, unless you're going to the bar to look for a 40 something hook up. And even Tinder is probably going to replace this antiquated bar scene. Smush

The food wasn't that good, and the waitress took my drink away really quickly before I was finished drinking it. And then when I left a small tip she came to the table and announced my tip amount and asked why it was so little. Some Asian chick didn't get her name. Extremely weird and uncomfortable wouldn't ever go here again

It is a convenient spot for me being that I live so close. I have noticed it is starting to get a little more pricey. The food is alright I do like the variation in the menu choices. I don't like when some of my favorite menu items go away.

Had lunch there today. Ordered a seasonal entree grilled shrimp. It was very salty and I had to throw it away.

So upset! The only reason we went to thirsty lion was for the bacon wrapped dates. Just found out they took them off the menu!!! Oh well
