I keep on giving the Thirsty Lion chances and they keep on disappointing. I went in after 9:30 pm only to get attitude from the hostess about getting the full menu. She was refusing to give me the full menu without reason. She finally said they do not serve the full menu after 9:30 pm. This was strange - the previous week there was no issue with getting a full menu! We were off to a very bad start, where I could not get into the restaurant without experiencing bad service. 2% service charge? For benefits and competitive wages? Well expect nothing more then a 15% tip... seems strange that management would not just increase revenue the old fashioned way. Make more then you spend by providing quality food and service. $9.95 for a kids meal w/ a drink is insane!!! Thirsty Lion is either struggling Financially or super greedy. Food was ok our server today was terrific but I think we got lucky.
