The waiter was very polite and very informative. However, the food was not what I expected, I had a burger and I think that my burgers in my grill can taste better but not the salty and overly seasoned fries....bad. My wife had the worst half chicken ever made. It's the first time we paid for half of chicken without a drumstick, maybe was a handicap chicken or he lost a leg in an accident but on a serious note, this chicken was also over seasoned. On our girls weekend we decided to make reservations at Provender Hall. We arrive about 15 minutes early so we decided to visit the bar, where of the ladies actually where able to sit up at the bar. There may have been 8 people at the bar at the time and the bartender quite literally never addressed them until another person brought it to his attention 30 plus minutes later. Sad the food was ok but the food service was absolutely horrible took over 45 mins to get out check. Not that best experience

My wife and I stopped to have a quick brunch! She ordered chicken and waffles and I ordered shrimp and grits! The portions were excellent, quick service, and outstanding hostess and waitress! Recommendation: Drop the breaded chicken tenders and go with fried chicken with the waffles! Why serve breaded chicken tenders with waffles....too much bread!!! Fried green tomatoes . They tasted good but really bad presentation and small ration for the price .I was not aware it was almost closing time When I order until I left maybe that's why this kind of service . If they would it tell me I would just go somewhere else I would it completely understand .besides that they were delicious .

Nice place however their menu is not true. Comrade ordered Redfish. We fish the Gulf Coast and we know Redfish. Came as fried fish sticks and was Cod. Redfish should be served on the half shell and should not be a fish stick. Other that ok place

Could not have been more disappointed by a night out. Have you ever sat down at a restaurant had an excellent greeting, order taken then WOW downhill? That is exactly how it went. After our initial drink/appetizer order was taken we got our drink, got our appetizer, no silverware, plates or napkins. Asked the person that brought the appetizer for plates, napkins and silver. My family and I visited this establishment today for dinner. We thought that based on the vibe and decor that the food would be great. Unfortunately it was not. There were six of us. We had three chicken fried steaks, two wedge salads and one shrimp and grits. Before we ordered, the table next to us said that they ordered the steak frites and that it was the worst steak they've ever had. Upon initial arrival, atmosphere was decent, but after being seated, it was very cold in the restaurant. So dress warmly if you go when it's cold. Food was subpar at best. Porkskins were the best food we had. I had the skirt steak with fries. Steak was medium(as ordered) in the absolute middle and medium well - to - well on the ends.
