This place is consistently great. They source a lot of there food locally. The chef and waiters are very attentive. One of my favorite place to go.

We have been back to Piattello a couple times this month and both times were excellent. A couple weeks ago we came on a Sunday night after a hectic weekend. I had a glass of an Italian red blend Cantaloro wine from Tuscany, crispy Caesar salad and the mezze penne with a delectable sauce and scratch made perfectly al dente pasta. Go for the seasonally fresh, locally selected menus. Stay for the company! The from-scratch menu opens with unique appetizers, starter plates, nine dazzling salad selections, pizzas, pastas and a full entree menu. Came here for date night on a Monday, because the other italian restaurant I wanted to go to was closed. I was happily surprised! Definitely "new" italian, but delicious all the same! I had the saffron linguine and my date had Ragu or bolognese (idr). We both really enjoyed our meals and shared the Tiramisu at the end! Would recommend eating outside :)

I highly recommend trying the Crostini when the mangos are in season. The crunch of the toasted bread, sourness of the ricotta, sweetness of the honey and mango, and with the balance of all the other veggies makes this the perfect appetizer to start off with. So yummy! Tagliatelle bolognese was heaven. The beef and duroc pork combination was tender and juicy, and not dry at all. What amazing service and food! We came in for our anniversary and were treated so well. Friendly faces greeted us and were so kind throughout. The food was amazing and so different from your typical Italian restaurant- it has Texan flair! You will not be disappointed by the service or the menu!

I've been here 3 times, which in itself says a lot because I rarely repeat a restaurant because there's just so many places out there to try! I constantly find myself craving Piatellos though! Not many places can add a modern & refreshing twist to Italian food but this place has definitely done so. The menu updates with the seasons which means you only get fresh ingredients. We have dined here twice. Excellent experience both times. Signature cocktails are very good. Bar and dining room servers are knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. Food is awesome. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. We will be back.

This place is so good! Great, fresh Italian food. It's in a beautiful spot in Clearfork. The menu is simple, and I think they change it seasonally. The fresh pasta is delicious! There are a mix of heavy and light options. The atmosphere was modern and fun! Great spot.
