Love this addition to the Eddie B family of restaurants. We've been here twice and left both times saying, we need to come back soon. The combo fajitas were exquisitely tender and flavorful. I rave about the smoky refried beans and my husband says the margaritas are the best. The service was stellar and atmosphere beautifully done.

Best food, drinks, service, and atmosphere around! The Not a Karen margarita is perfect . Food is amazing; favs are the queso and fajitas. Managers come around and check on satisfaction-over time have met Kay and Seth....staff is just the best!

Cactus Canyon was amazing! The carne asada was honestly the best I've ever had perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our server Payton made the whole experience even better. He was super professional, really knew the menu inside and out, and was also very charming. He recommended the watermelon margarita, and wow best margarita on this side of the Mississippi! Everything about the place was great definitely my new go-to spot for Tex-Mex!

We had such a fantastic time celebrating our best friends' 10-year-old daughter's birthday at Cactus Canyon! Our group of nine (four adults and five kids) usually makes hostesses look a little nervous when we walk in, but not here! Absolutely amazing!! Was pricey but it's well worth it. Chips and salsa when we sat down. Salsa was really good- served warm with some kick. For an app, we got queso with filet. It looks huge but it's more like a plate than a bowl. 4 of us got it and it was perfect! I don't normally like queso but this was awesome!! The filet was amazing!! This was our first time at this restaurant and the service was amazing. walking in, it was very loud and before even walking up to the host stand, they recognized our concern and asked if we wanted sit on the patio. say no more! we wanted to visit with family and not have to yell across the table. upon seating, we were greeted by our server, Carly.
