We have enjoyed two dinners at Cactus Canyon thus far and are going again soon with friends. The ambience is stellar, especially for the location. A true hidden gem! First of all, they have one of the best margaritas around with the "not a Karen-Rita"... Cadillac marg. Their poblano queso is also a 10 out of 10. Had the Texican eggrolls to start. They were excellent. Also enjoyed our entrees a lot. To top it all off, the service was fantastic.

So flippin' great! Service and food are phenomenal! Get you some YELLOW QUESO!!! The crusted chicken with the poblano queso sauce... get outta here. So yummy! My only complaint, I ate too much.

Marty has done it once again. Cactus Canyon did not disappoint. The chips and salsa were both warm and delicious. Highly recommend the carne asada and the stuffed shrimp entrees. We came for lunch so didn't sample any cocktails or wine this time around. The server was very nice and attentive. The decor is tasteful and upscale. If you haven't tried it yet, you should go soon.

I've only ordered here to go but even after a 20 min drive home, the food tasted so fresh and good. My husband and I split fajitas and had leftovers for a whole other meal, the portions were fantastic! Being part of the Marty B family, we expected high quality and taste but it exceeded our expectations. It was a bit pricey for basic Mexican food but the taste was on par with Marty B's quality. Definitely will be back to try the food sitting down!

Searched for local restaurants since we are moving to the area and came across Cactus Canyon!! I was going to join the wait list ahead of time but there was no wait. When we arrived, we were seated. Inside is dimly but nice decor. Service was great - our server told us the off menu specials. We had the egg roll starter such was really good. Visiting our daughter and son in law in Flower Mound and they raved about this restaurant. The look is sort of moody, low lighting, modern but rustic. Greeted and sat right away on a Sunday evening.
