Their commitment to being Texas absolutely show through even down to the music which crosses a large breath genres while coming from authentically Texas artists. The service was impeccable and food was great. We enjoyed our cocktails tried the quail appetizer which perfectly seasoned and breaded to the point you were temped to eat the small pieces that might break off to your plate while taking a bite. We of course caved to this and nothing was waisted. The filet was phenomenal cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered. The do... read more

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation and the staff still promptly sat us and had a warm and welcoming attitude. Our server was also great and provided excellent attentive service. I really appreciated learning that they source their meat locally and that it's antibiotic and hormone free. Portions were very generous and the food was flavored well with a tex mex twist. I prefer to support local business owners who are patriots, so I will be sure t... read more

One of my favorite steakhouses. Fillet almost has a smoky flavor to it so good. Love the meatball appetizer as well. The food is up there for me, but ambience isn't a 10 out of 10. Still great thought!
