We went on a recommendation for my birthday and really enjoyed it. We had the Texas platter as an app and we all loved everything on it. The pork belly, quail and meatballs were all so good! We shared a tomahawk steak and it was cooked to our request perfectly and was smoked with have it a nice unique flavor compared to other steak houses. We love this place! It can get packed so make a reservation if you can. The decor is moody and well done. Their house salad is so dang good!! It doesn't seem like anything special but it's really tasty!! The smothered chicken is really good! The flavors marry nicely. The smoked salmon dip is a great appetizer!

Wonderful atmosphere of a traditional steak house, the menu is simple but incredible. The staff, like all of his other restaurants, is beyond perfect. Cannot say enough great things.

The food and service were excellent. They had good cocktails and a nice wine list. The ambiance is nice but it was very busy even though we were there at 5:30 and the noise level was elevated. I will definitely revisit.

The service is great. The meat was amazing! Highly recommended. Make sure to make a reservation beforehand because it gets full fast especially in the weekends

We love 1845. The servers were hospitable, as usual. There is something for every palate and every appetite. Next time, I will request for the prepared dishes to be served as they are completed. Some food items were sitting as other dishes were being prepared. I do not like warm nor cold food. However, the experience and ambiance are both always pleasurable, no matter where you sit.

Had such a good meal, and great service here! Ambience is elevated but not pretentious. The Brussel sprouts were a highlight, and the meatballs were amazing. The manager Chris stopped by and we chatted about how all the little extra touch's make for a wonderfully curated experience. Highly recommend!
