Every time I land in PHX, I intentionally carve out time to visit Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill--and it never disappoints. The service is consistently strong, and Celina behind the bar absolutely elevates the experience. Her grapefruit basil martini? Next-level. This place was perfect! Jessie my server tonight made sure i was totally taken care of! I was just trying to kill some time by myself, eat a good meal, and have a glass of wine, And he pointed me to all the essentials! Thanks jessie!!!

A fun place, great wait staff - really good service. Happy hour food was ok, the chicken sliders were the best - salsa was mediocre at best, cheese dip was better. Chips and salsa should be very low cost or free for happy hour. no alcohol was consumed - bill was $81 for three people. Not a very "happy hour" - imagine the cost if we would've consumed alcohol............... think we would've been better off choosing 3 entrees without HH or appetizers. Live and learn! This has been the most disappointing experience, nobody seemed to want to be there, service was a bit slow and we were not checked in on once the whole time we were there. I have been in the industry for 5+ years and usually always give slack but when service is terribly slow and I am waiting for one drink for 15 mins it is disappointing, especially since it wasn't busy during the time we came in. It was good not great, haven't been back since the first visit. No particular reason just wasn't one of those places that blew you away on first visit. In their defense I did go for brunch maybe the lunch and dinner menu is more captivating!!

Food music is great! Great restaurant to visit when weather is great sit outside. Try fried chicken sandwich
So impressed with this restaurant. They were able to accommodate a large party last minute. Not only was the food terrifically prepared but the server got all our orders correct and on the right bill (we were a hockey team doing separate checks). The place was definitely a step above the normal fast casual but price was very reasonable. Our families were very happy with all aspects of the meal. Thanks for such a wonderful dinner!!

Went to this location for their Happy Hour. The drink and food selection was enticing. Upon arrival, my guest and I noticed the restaurant was not busy. We waited in the lobby to be seated for several minutes as there was no signage to indicate the seating protocol. We then decided to sit at the bar. After we got our seats, we noticed a handful of employees gathering in the corner next to the food service line. Apparently none of them could notice the front lobby to assist in our seating.
