I must say I am not a fan of this. I was a huge fan of this place and to find out you aren't pet friendly is sad. I get owners aren't clean and don't pick up after themselves but then for that matter don't have inside seating because people leave trash and don't pick up. As someone who currently owns a dog even before I did this was something I looked for. It would be a great way to meet people. Either than the no pets outside everything else is great. Food, service. Coffee love it all

I'm a chai tea latte snob, and this one was horrible. (To me) if you like a spicy chai tea latte (more on tea side vs latte), this one's for you but not for me. If you want to improve it, copy cat Starbucks version. Lots of young people and louder inside, would be a great place for my son (16) to meet up with some friends for a coffee and maybe a game of cards. Sweet spot in town.

-Coffee is never very hot -Most of the workers only smile if boss is around otherwise somewhat Rude -overpriced -if you look a certain way or not dressed right you get diff treatment -music is so loud the worker have to yell/scream customers name Yes I know you can blow this review off as I expect you will, but I have been in the business (very successful) so take it or leave it. Very nice place.

Downside, they do not have any type of high chairs which makes it hard for moms to go with their baby / young toddlers. Food was good and drinks were good however they customer service with the drive through needs some help.

Every time I went there I bought a coffee and sat down to work on some things. Several times the only seat available was the 4 topper, so I sat down. After sitting there for about 30 mins with many other 4 tops available, was asked to move to a "single seat". Another time I walked into the room up front to receive a quiet phone call. I love Marty B's restaurants and ice cream, however they missed the mark on coffee. For example, their drip coffee includes a medium or dark roast option. When we asked what the notes of the coffees were in order to decide, they said "the medium one is lighter than the dark roast". Yeah no kidding... Also, a small signature latte has 6 pumps of syrup. Sadly, it has gone downhill since its first few months. Tables are consistently dirty. The staff shrieks your name when your order is ready even when the place is empty. The breakfast sandwich went from homemade to processed. The biscuit itself is still great but the egg is processed and the bacon is limp and grayish whereas it used to be crispy.

I wanted to have a productive day and finish up some school work at a table that was against a wall, because I didn't want to be sitting in the middle of everything like most of the 1 tops. I was interrupted by a worker asking me if I'm meeting anyone, I said no and she rudely told me to move to a one top. And had the audacity to say "thanks girl". Well, that was a bit disappointing. But I got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. It tasted like the frozen Jimmy Dean biscuits. The sausage was very processed and soft. The egg look like it was pre-cooked frozen square eggs. I saw in one of the pictures that it was a regular fried egg. I assumed fried eggs came on all their biscuits, but I guess you have to request it.
