Our bartender was great, from food and drink suggestions. Our food was great too, so let me say this first. I live in Dallas, was my first time, and my date is new to town. I set up my reservation with her bday being known, bc when I did so I was asked if there was an occasion. Y'all dropped the ball, didn't acknowledge her bday or bring her dessert, which I was told would happen.

Clay Pigeon appears to be a regular rotation for our anniversary! Our server Kyle was fantastic. Great drinks and our mains - duck and steak frites were so scrumptious we forgot to take a picture. Highlights for me were the duck (always) and mashed potatoes. Hubby really enjoyed the tartare, but I still preferred the bone marrow we got last time. Might try to catch happy hour another time.

We have been going to the Clay Pigeon for years, and it never disappoints. The food and the service there are always spectacular. It is a special gem in Fort Worth. We met some dear friends there, and they had never been. From appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious and it was a great evening. Highly recommend if you want fine dining in FW.

Amazing meal ! The deviled eggs were delicious! The Caesar Salad was tasty and dressed perfectly. Shrimp cocktail was impressive. The rib eye was seasoned and cooked to perfection ! Garlic broccolini was crisp, cooked exactly the way I love ! One of the best meals I've had in Fort Worth !

Ansolutely delightful. Service was great. Food was phenomenal and such a nice cozy atmosphere. It was a Tuesday night and one of the best meals I've had in quite some time.

I just experienced the best steak I've ever had in North America. The cut? A Spinalis Cut (rib cap). This can be requested when making a reservation. I received this at the abundance of luck. Absolutely incredible and tender. I ordered mine medium rare and recommend no warmer than medium. I started this evening with a modest Happy Hour. I am still in awe of the steak. Still one of my very favorite spots in Fort Worth. An early dinner before the rodeo and Ethan took great care of us. The salmon rillettes and bone marrow were enjoyed by our whole table as was the beef tartare. I loved my pork shank entree and another had the scallops special and enjoyed it immensely! Two bottles of reasonably priced Chianti later (very well equipped wine list plus inventive and expertly made cocktails...) we headed out of the cozy dining room for the short drive to Dickies.
