The service started out great but it all went south when our food arrived. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and thankfully her food was good but my pork chop was over cooked and as tough as leather and they bought my son the wrong pizza. When I brought this up to our server he said "at least you got one of our best pizzas". They never offered to fix the problem.

The food was good, the restaurant is comfortable. But we all felt we got the bum's rush. We had an early reservation and used the table only a little over an hour. No starters, just one round of drinks. Yet when my wife finished her main they asked to take her plate, reaching across me while I was still eating. You can do better.

If I could do a negative 100 stars I would. First we picked this place for a sweet sixteen birthday dinner. We handed the hostess our custom cake and had them put it in their cooler. We then had our meal and when it came time to bring out the cake, the waitress was told by her GM (who was a complete jerk) that we were not allowed to have the cake. The decor and ambiance is the thing I like most about rustico. For the area it has one of the most well decorated and pleasant spaces. It doesn't get ridiculously loud like some others. The kitchen can be slow sometimes but the waitstaff is always amazing. Why the 2 stars? The food is okay, nothing standout .. but really expensive for the area, location, quality and quantity. For a Marty B's property I was sadly disappointed. The expectation was high and unfortunately the food was mediocre at best.

way over priced for average food great staff went there last night for dinner, i had their special pasta and scallop meal serving size was extremely small, pasta was watery and there is very little flavor. very small portion of pasta and three scallops $42. Definitely not worth it. well, the menu has several things that are interesting. The price point is absolutely disproportionate to the value and food quality. the wait staff was very good.

We arrived and were told that it would be a 20-25 min wait. We stood inside by the door as the seating in the waiting area was taken.
