The ice cream is delicious! It is so cute inside and the patio is adorable, too. We were greeted right away and made to feel welcome!
I'm so glad this place finally opened!! You can never go wrong with any Marty B's dining experience. It's right next door to the coffee shop. The atmosphere here was so inviting- it was full, and at one point everyone started clapping and cheering (I still don't know why, I thought maybe it was someone's birthday). Not sure if they changed their recipe, but this used to be my favorite ice cream location! What happened???
The ice cream quality was not as good Handel's. Got less and cost more. The 2 employees, were useless and unhelpful. Acted like they hated their jobs. So now I hate their ice cream store. The service was rude! We were the only patrons and they rude. I kind of hope the bog Marry B franchise does something about rtbe bad Ambience in unfriendly store with subpar products.
Tried to get good ice cream to replace the wrong flavor I was given from Hansels. Unfortunately the staff was not any better than Handels because the girl did not know prices of drinks by her counter. Ordered a blueberry cheesecake cone, but the guy said is is not really cheesecake. Ok, got it. BIG LETDOWN! Not even half as good as Handels and 2$ more. Had some awful chunks of crust or? Let's call it tasteless filler. Never will go back there. Service: kind of dumb. Ambience was nill.
After having the worst experience at the bbq joint next door I thought surely no one can screw up ice cream? Wrong again! What's in this stuff? Ice cream? Are you sure? What's the big chewy lumps in it?
