Loved the food. Service was ok. Ambiance was loud and too cold, but otherwise midscale. It was pretty crowded when we visited on Friday night. Loved the calamari, gastropub burger, and grilled salmon, all so tasty and perfectly prepared. Would definitely return.

Had never eaten here before. Lunch, was seated at a very cold drafty table. Place was busy, so I thought I could stick it out. Put my coat back on and zipped it up. Ordered a "refresher" off the drink menu ( no prices ). Asked the waitress how much it was, she said $5.95. Pricey but Ok for a juice drink. (Ended up being $7.50 on the check). Friday night dinner with grandkids. I reserved a table for 7 online and we were able to be seated 10 minutes early. Plenty of staff on hand and surprisingly a lot of open tables for a Friday night. Server takes drink order and we put food order in as well as we have hungry kids at the table. Ten minutes later 2 of the 3 beers arrived table side without kids drinks and 3rd beer. Despite the convenient location for me, I have rarely been to this establishment. I have been just enough times to remember each time I go why I haven't been in so long. Because it is such a terrible disappointment. I have been there when it is busy, and when it is not. In neither case was the service provided in anything near a reasonable amount of time. I LOVE THIS PLACE FOR THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT TRIVIAAAAAAAAA. I hear corporate is taking it away to bring back Wine Wednesdays and if that happens my business (as well as our whole group and others) are gone. Plz don't take it away from us I'm begging. Ordered a burger medium well and (pic) is what I got. Table sat 8 but only got 2 place settings and didn't get more until we asked into meal. Lighting is so dark everywhere,,,lucky I noticed the undercooked meat. Does the health dept not inspect, or on the take?

Service was great. Drinks great. Food great. I've been going there for many years. But two problems were discovered recently. They automatically add a service charge (in addition to what you would add as a tip). You can ask to have it removed, but interestingly, they claim it goes to pay for employee benefits. When I talked to the two servers (there twice recently), both said their hours are kept just below the weekly threshold to receive benefits.
