December 2025 showed up here with 9 people during lunch and they accommodated us right away. Great place in walking distance of the irving convention center. The calamari, burgers (especially the fries), and steak salad were all good. They also have a full bar. They even had a mocktail my daughter liked!! Thank you Nykolas! Our server, Nykolas, was incredibly kind and caring to my wife as we enjoyed our first experience at Thirsty Lion before a concert. We had the soft pretzel and fish & chips. Both I would highly recommend. Thank you for the great food and atmosphere

I had an outstanding experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. My bartender Nicci went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, recommending great drinks and keeping everything flowing with a smile. It's rare to find a spot where both the kitchen and the bar shine equally, but this place nails it. If you're looking for a great meal and excellent service, ask for Nicci at the bar you won't be disappointed!

Came before a concert at the Music Factory. Happy hour was still available and we had a reservation. Service was slow because of the crowd but everything was top notch, from the drinks to the appetizers and the food. My burger was perfect and not a bad price. I'll come back!

Absolutely loved this place! The vibes were on point the moment we walked in--warm, welcoming, and just an all-around great atmosphere. The service? Top-notch. Super friendly staff who were quick, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Now the food... chef's kiss. Everything we ordered was delicious and came out fast and fresh. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you're looking for a spot with great energy, excellent service, and amazing food, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

In this uncertain economy, we're always on the hunt for good deals...especially happy hour deals. We've even got a running list and are slowly making our way through it. This spot has a steady flow of after-work gatherings, so be aware of that. Definitely avoid coming on concert nights (we didn't, thankfully), since the location gets even more hectic. The food here is excellent. Great patio, close to TMF. The service was excellent. The manager was my favorite type of manager. I didn't get a name (we were here 4.12.25 round 11:00 AM), but he was roving around making sure people were taken care of. Super impressed.
